Hydaelyn is huge and facing it all on your own is daunting. We've all faced the challenge before and we all found it easier and more fun with good allies on your side.Having found each other, the five founders of Wanderers Chronicles strive to build an adventurers guild where everyone can seek allies, new experiences, support and call a place home. At least until the next adventure calls.

Houses

Wanderer's Chronicles established houses within the Free Company to help new adventurers on a more individual level.It felt quite natural to base these on the founders complimentary Seasons.Every house is equal and only together are we complete.

Our Past

Unhappy with the future her parents chose for her, Camille chose to run away from Sharlayan on a Boat to Limsa Lominsa. She always preferred Photography and exploring over dull studying and scholarly duties. Once arrived in Limsa Lominsa, she realized quickly that she lacked critical experience in surviving the harsh lands on her own.Luckily she happened to run into someone in a very similar situation to her own. The equally young and inexperienced Sasori happened to arrive from the distant land of Othard to pursue her dreams of seeing the lands and learning more about culture and cuisine.
Still she had more battle prowess than Camille so they decided to band together to explore more of La Noscea and the lands surrounding it. Not long after they found themselves on an airship to the mainland.Exploring the thickets of the Black Shroud they quickly got lost and stuck between a rock and a bunch of wild boars. Before they could worry about how to get out of the pickle they were in they found the wild beasts losing interest and simply walking away, leaving behind only a young Miqo'te where they stood. Having a natural affinity to beasts young Yuui had no hard time calming the enraged boars down and saving the girls from their fright.She lead them back to her residence where she was welcomed home by Jizu who fixed them all a relaxing hot tea. Intrigued by their story so far Yuui and Jizu decided to leave their Flora and Fauna behind to travel with the two explorers to find more exotic Beasts and Plants to study.Not long after they found themselves in the cold snows of Coerthas without a fire and night was setting fast and a blizzard was beginning to form. Approached by a couple Hyur they were offered a safe and warm stay for the night. Exhausted the group agreed and followed them toward a small hut only to find themselves being surrounded when arriving. It was a trap and the bandits were about to close in when the group heard a sharp slice in the air. It was too dark to see by now but they heard screams and quick shuffling of feet running off.Only one pair of heavily armoured boots approached them. A tall Hyur gave them a warm smile, reprimanding them in a friendly way to not be too trusting. Saffron invited them to their home only to be met with suspicious looks. That made the armoured Hyur laugh, seeing the irony of their statement, but showed them their Crest and promised them safety, Paladins Honour.Hearing their story over a cup of hot cocoa the Hyur was quick to suggest coming with them. It seems they had already packed for a trip. They shared their own story, how they had also left their Home of Ul'dah, having trained there to become a Paladin and protect the innocent. Yet the Goverment treated the Paladins more like Colosseum Fighters and entertainers. Fed up with this they swore against it and left to really make a difference.Now with proper defense on their side, the traveling band went out to seek new adventures until they found themselves homesick. None of them wanting to part, they decided to create a new home. A home away from home where they could retreat and always find each other inbetween Adventures.
A place to meet with others and exchange their Journeys.
So they founded Wanderers Chronicles to Seek the new and share their tales and experience with anyone who seeks the same.
